IPE College wins the campus business quiz

             After a grueling and close contest, the team from IPE comprising Md Zuhair Ali and Naveen Kumar edged out Syed Mustafa Hashmi and Sri Nagesh of Osmania Medical College to make it to the national finals to be held in Mumbai on April 8. The Hyderabad chapter witnessed exciting and enthralling battle of wits on February 28. The winning team from Hyderabad will now compete with the regional winners from across the 23 other cities, where the quiz is being organised.
             The winners were awarded with a cash prize of Rs 75,000. The runners-up team from Osmania Medical College was awarded a cash prize of Rs 35,000. The Hyderabad regional round of Tata Crucible Campus Quiz 2012 saw participation from 148 teams from across 90 colleges at the preliminary rounds. The top six teams who qualified for the regional stage rounds were:

Md. Abdul Khadir and Sohel from MJ College of engineering and technology.

Naveen Kumar and Md. Zuhair Ali from IPE College. Syed Mustafa Hashmi and Sri Nagesh from Osmania
Medical College.

Anusha Reddy and Divya from IIPM

Abdul Akthar and Varun Agarwal from Nalsar.

Somith Sen and Surya Prakash from IPE College. While 12 teams were selected based on their scores and 2 teams were selected through the wild card round.

After Hyderabad, the Tata Crucible Campus Quiz 2012 will now move on to other cities like Bhubaneswar,
Bangalore, Chennai, Manipal, Cochin, Amritsar, etc.
